What we did
This project is for the expansion and renovation of Hill Place buildings, owned by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCSEd). Previously used for accommodation for student doctors is now being converted into a hotel. Located in Edinburgh city centre this project is work £8.5m with the 52 room expansion of Ten Hill Place. All profit are put back into advancing surgical standards worldwide to improve patient outcomes.
The comprehensive internal building works we completed consisted of core drilling, insertion of propping system for removal of structural walls, through to concrete floors and brick infills.
