What we did
We worked with Interserve on a project for the Chris Stewart Group, at the Courtyard by Marriot. Ideally situated in Baxter Place just a stone throw away from Waverley Station in Edinburgh.
The hotel offers excellent accommodation and facilities across three original A listed Georgian townhouses and a modern extension to the rear. On this 240 bedroom hotel we build external brick envelope, facing brick, insulation, fire stop, DPC’s and installed wall ties.
