What we did
Duncan Place is a two and a half storey former gymnasium and workshops. Rendered brick with brick dressings and with slated mansard roof. Built as an extension to category B-listed Leith Academy and Technical College.
Working as a contractor with Maxi Construction we completed various groundworks and internal building works tasks. Completing slapping and internal brickwork alterations. Work to external brickwork, installing access ramps, concrete works for access ramps, internal and external drainage. We also completed car park resurfacing including sub base and then installation of bike stands.
