EA Construction offer a helping had to The Mill at St Joseph’s, Balerno
Balerno Parish Church is a congregation of the Church of Scotland in Edinburgh, it was in need of some help with their community café called “The Mill”.
The Mill is a ‘not for profit’ cafe which uses, as far as possible, local and Fair Trade produce. Any funds raised go to support the work that takes place in the St Joseph’s Centre which is run by Balerno Parish Church for the community of Balerno. EAC offered helped to expand there outside area to help provide additional seating.
Client Testimonial
Dear EA Construction Scotland Ltd
I would like to extend my gratitude for the help we received during July for the Mill Cafe at St Josephs. We are absolutely delighted. I was a pleasure to of met such nice people whom were so enthusiastic in helping us and did a fantastic painting job us. We were so amazed to have received this amount of help and were astounded that your help stretched further to slabbing our outside areas.
I cannot express enough gratitude to James Callahan and his boys who provided the man power and resources at no cost to us, to slab an area in our church gardens and additional slabbing to an area at the front of our cafe to allow small tables and chairs.
Our community have been delighted with this additional outside seating and are benefitting from outside life on days the weather has been favourable. I can not explain the happiness and joy your generosity has injected into our community and customers.
Thank you for all the support you gave us and for the continuing support your employees show us every day by coming to our cafe.
It is wonderful for our volunteers to have new faces to get to know and we hope that your employees continue to feel welcome in our cafe.
Kind regards
Lynsey Inglis
