Urban Regeneration at North Edinburgh continues
We have just commenced work on Pennywell phase 3, working alongside the Principal Contractor, Robertson Partnership Homes. This is a continuation and same works we carried out on phases 1 and 2.

The vision of the Pennywell Living development by Urban Union is to regenerate an area in the north of Edinburgh. The project will provide affordable housing for rent and for sale, and transform the identity and perception of the area. 719 units will be built over a 9-year period, comprising 356 for social or mid-market rent and 363 private homes, alongside a new central park.
