£400k project. 2 storey steel framed extension including all groundworks and civils: excavations, foundations, piling mat/piling, all drainage, including chemical drainage and connections, attenuation tank, permanent and temporary formwork, steel reinforcement, concrete, floor slabs, DPM’s, ducting services, service trenches, concrete mezzanine floor.
